SHIPPING COST

Free on every order. No minimum spend.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within
2 to 4 business days of purchase.

DELIVERY TIME

After shipping, delivery within the United States typically takes 7 to 14 business days. Delivery to Serbia typically takes 15 to 25 business days. Delivery may take longer during holiday periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order
ships. The first tracking scan can take 2 to 3 days to
appear, which is normal and does not mean anything is
wrong.

WHERE WE SHIP

United States and Serbia.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an
order is returned to us because the address was wrong or
incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct
address.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your order
hasn't arrived more than 7 days after the estimated
window, email beveylorsupport@gmail.com and we'll resend
it or refund you.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders shipped within the United States are not subject
to additional customs charges.

Orders delivered to Serbia may be subject to customs duties and VAT collected on delivery. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the customer’s responsibility.
